By accessing or using FeedbackJar ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

FeedbackJar is a feature request tracker and customer feedback portal for SaaS teams. We provide tools to collect, organize, and manage customer feedback and feature requests.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
  • Maintain the security of your password and account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Subscription and Payment

4.1 Subscription Plans

The Service is offered on a subscription basis. You will be charged the subscription fee in advance on a monthly or annual basis, as selected during registration.

4.2 Payment Terms

By providing a payment method, you authorize us to charge the subscription fee to your payment method. You are responsible for providing valid payment information.

4.3 Billing Cycle

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it before the renewal date.

4.4 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify subscription fees. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any price changes. Continued use of the Service after the price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

4.5 Refunds

Refund policies are detailed in our Refund Policy. Generally, subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as specified in our Refund Policy.

5. Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period. At the end of the free trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends. No payment method is required to start a free trial, but you may be required to provide payment information.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
  • Violate or infringe upon the rights of others
  • Transmit any harmful code, viruses, or malicious software
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
  • Collect or harvest information about other users
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Use the Service to transmit spam or unsolicited communications

7. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by FeedbackJar and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FEEDBACKJAR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FeedbackJar, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another.

13. Governing Law
