2. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your paid period.

To cancel your subscription:

  • Log in to your FeedbackJar account
  • Navigate to Account Settings
  • Go to Billing
  • Select Manage Subscription
  • Follow the cancellation prompts

3. Refund Eligibility

3.1 Standard Refund Policy

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. However, we may provide refunds in the following circumstances:

  • Service Issues: If the Service is unavailable or non-functional for an extended period due to our error, we may provide a prorated refund
  • Duplicate Charges: If you are charged multiple times for the same subscription period, we will refund the duplicate charges
  • Billing Errors: If you are charged incorrectly due to our error, we will refund the incorrect amount
  • Legal Requirements: Where required by applicable law, we will provide refunds as mandated

3.2 No Refund Scenarios

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind or dissatisfaction with the Service
  • Failure to use the Service during the subscription period
  • Account suspension or termination due to violation of Terms of Service

4. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  2. Include your subscription details and any relevant transaction information
  3. We will review your request within 5-7 business days
  4. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10-14 business days

5. Free Trial Period

We offer a free trial period for new users. During the free trial, you will not be charged. If you cancel before the trial ends, no charges will be made. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription.

6. Prorated Refunds

In cases where a refund is approved, we may provide a prorated refund based on the unused portion of your subscription period. The calculation will be based on the time remaining in your current billing cycle.

7. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback through your payment provider, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately. We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any billing disputes before initiating a chargeback.

8. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider and may take additional time.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
