What is FeedbackJar?

Feedback Jar is a way for customers to communicate with each other and with their local merchants. Customers can help answer questions, share ideas, and resolve problems with products and services they use in their community. We also encourage merchants to join the conversation with their customers. Everyone is free to sign up.

How it works?

1. Search for local merchants.

2. Ask a Question, Share a Suggestion, Give Praise, Post a Discussion, or Resolve an Issue.

3. Get help from merchants and customers.

How we notify unclaimed businesses about your feedback?

Feedback posts are forwarded to the unclaimed business via email and direct mail postcard.
