New Sausage

Hello everyone.

After taste testing our old sausage (NY Style Sausage) against Neto's sausage, we decided that Neto's is a better product. It has more flavor, less fat, and smells great! Now, NY Sausage is a great sausage...we have been using it for the past three years; however, we think Neto's is better. We hope you will agree. Even though Neto's is more expensive, we decided to carry it because we feel it is a better product. Price never enters into the decision process when it comes to a better flavor and better performing ingredients.

Our commitment to you, our customers, is simple: we will always provide the Best in Class ingredients and products to you....always. Price does not determine what we use, quality does.

Did you guys try Molinari or Chiaramonte Italian sausage? They are good. Also Cosentino's markets make their own Italian sausage. Silva makes a good Italian sausage too. They sell Molinari @ Andronico's markets and Chiaramonte has their own deli and Lunardi's markets carries it too.

Hi Kenneth.

No, we didn't try those. It looks like Chiaramonte is a deli/caterer. We really need a wholesaler and one that does regular deliveries. As for Molinari, I did not look into them, but I did just place a call to see if they deliver down to SJ (they are in SF). If they can sample some of the sausages, I will try them out.

I spoke with Molinari and they deliver to the area on Monday...the day we are closed so that will not work. I told him to call me if his delivery schedule changes in the future.
