Is the sausage topping hard to get?

On 2 different occasions, I was told that you were out of sausage when I wanted to order a whole pie. I was just wondering why? Is it imported from somewhere special? No worries though, because a Margherita filled in just nicely.

Hi Jamie,

Sorry about that. We actually get the sausage locally (NY Style Sausage Co.) and we are starting to run out towards the end of the week due to consumption. I will be increasing our weekly order.
